Casting Process: (To attain a silver ring):

1 – From Room temperature to 270 °C at a speed of 200 °C  per hour.

2 – Hold at 270 °C  for 3 hours.

3- From 270 °C  to 730 °C  over 4 hours at 150°C  per hour

4- Hold at 730 °C  for 4 hours.

5- Allow to cool naturally with furnace door ajar to 600°C

6- Hold for 30 minutes, then pour the moulted silver into the cast
